      Script error notification

InDesign CS6 startup script. It really is in the startup scripts, the message comes from an earlier installation.

        Hi Roger,

        Thanks for reporting this.

I can confirm that it’s a bug with the French version of InDesign.

I’ll try to release an update that works around it soon.

          Hi Roger,

I’ve updated the trial version, I hope it should now work also on non-English versions of InDesign (including French).

Please download it again from the trial link on this page: https://www.id-extras.com/products/always-fit-spread/#:~:text=well%20as%20Windows.)-,demo%20download,-Click%20here%20to

Please post back if it still doesn’t work.

          Thanks,

          Ariel

            Hi Ariel,

            Your fix works normally. Thanks.

Strange thing, however: an earlier installation of a previous version of the script (1.2.5) somehow found its way into the user’s AppData startup scripts and stubbornly popped up the error message I sent at the start of this thread, despite the startup scripts installation in the proper place.

            Best, Roger

So it was installed in 2 separate places?

In general, you can have a startup scripts folder under the Application folder, or another under the User folder. Obviously it should be in one Startup Scripts folder only.
