AutoFit Columns, the InDesign script that brings cell-width snapping to InDesign tables, has been updated to version 1.2.1, and has a few great new features:
- Version 1.2.1 now works properly even if the text in table cells is rotated! The text in cells, especially header cells, often needs to be rotated. Previous versions of AutoFit Columns stumbled on this, but version 1.2.1 fully supports rotated text in cells.
- Since version 1.1 made it possible to run the script on all tables in the document, it could take some time to finish. So we added a progress bar!
- Bug fix: AutoFit Columns now works properly if “optical margin alignment” is enabled for any lines of text in a cell.
- Bug fix: Frame width was calculated wrongly if the frame had a non-zero stroke width but None colour was selected
Version 1.2.1 is a free update for all users of previous versions. Download the latest version here: https://www.id-extras.com/shopping-cart/my-account/, or buy a license here: https://www.id-extras.com/products/autofit-columns/
