Button Actions in FormMaker

I found an issue with button actions that I came across.

I had some buttons as part of a group and I was selecting the individual button with the “Direct Selection” tool and FormMaker’s action tab was greyed out.

I then un-grouped the buttons and used the regular selection tool on the button and the Action panel was now available.

Thanks for posting this.
I just tried it, and although it is true that using the white “direct selection” tool to select a button won’t work (FormMaker’s action tab remains greyed out), it is possible to select a button in a group with the black “selection” tool (double-click on the button in the group to select it). At that point, the Action tab becomes enabled.
So it is not necessary to ungroup the buttons to use FormMaker with them.
