Batch processing FormMagic… can it run automatically with no intervention

I am using FormMagic Pro and need a way to automate it. I have hundreds of sets of 16 files each, all forms (over 200 pages per set) and need a way to expeditiously run FormMagic on them.

Ariel suggested I try this:

FormMagic: Creating a Batch Action in Acrobat

It works, but it keeps prompting me to hit OK before every file is processed.

Is there a way to edit the script so that it just runs without my involvement?

Hi rmcoda,

In Step 7 of the blog post, have you tried not checking the option “prompt user”? Perhaps that is what is causing the prompt to appear. If it’s not that, note that there’s also an option to “specify settings.” Perhaps there’s an option there to disable the prompt?
